Prof. Jingxiao Zhang

Chang'an University, China

Biography: Jingxiao Zhang is a professor at the School of Economics and Management of Chang'an University, a doctoral supervisor, and a responsible undergraduate professor. Visiting scholar at ISU University in the United States, visiting scholar at QUT Higher Education in Australia, and visiting scholar at London South Bank University. Research direction: Construction Economy and Service Management; Environmental impact assessment of transportation infrastructure; Research on digital construction management mode; Engineering management BIM education, etc. Led and participated in over 50 projects, including 2 National Social Science Foundation projects, 1 National Natural Science Foundation project, 1 National Natural Science Foundation major project sub project, 2 national level new engineering research and practice projects, 1 International Joint Fund project, and 19 provincial and ministerial level projects; Published over 160 papers, including 2 highly cited papers. Published over 50 SCI/SSCI double indexed papers in journals such as JCLP, ASCE-JPI, and IJPR, and more than 20 CSI/EI indexed papers; Published 10 articles for review, including 5 articles published to the Central Office and State Office, as well as 5 articles published by departments such as the Provincial Decision Advisory Committee, the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, and the Transportation Think Tank Alliance of the Ministry of Transport; Chief editor of 5 works and 19 textbooks; Prepare 15 standards and 1 local regulation; Register 8 computer software copyrights; 30 patents; Two construction methods have been approved and seven new applications have been made.

Prof. Yibin Ao

Chengdu University of Technology, China

Biography: Professor Ao Yibin, who holds a postdoctoral degree and was appointed professor through a special promotion, serves as a doctoral supervisor and is a reserve candidate for academic and technical leaders in Sichuan Province. He is also an expert member of the Sichuan Provincial Expert Service Group, a National First-Class Constructor, a Registered Consulting (Investment) Engineer, a Senior Energy Conservation Evaluator, and the Deputy Secretary-General of the Building Informatization Committee of the Sichuan Civil and Architectural Society. Actively responding to the strategic directions proposed in the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Professor Ao is dedicated to foundational research on rural revitalization and has systematically explored the impact of the built rural environment on villagers’ daily activity behaviors. He has led over 30 projects at various levels, including General Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, special and general projects funded by the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and major work-supporting projects of the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Department. The education-industry-research collaborative talent cultivation project he leads was selected as an outstanding case by the Ministry of Education in 2022 (one of only 124 nationwide). Professor Ao has published more than 70 academic papers, of which over 50 are indexed by SSCI/SCI, including one paper listed as an ESI hot and highly cited paper. He has also authored two English academic monographs. Professor Ao has served as guest editor for journals such as TRD and FPH and began serving as associate editor for JEPH and SNSS in early 2022. He is also an invited reviewer for more than 20 SCI/SSCI journals.

Lecturer Yuanyuan Lei

SouthWest Petroleum University, China

Biography: Lecturer at Xi’an Shiyou University; director of the energy industry supply chain management research institute under the think tank for energy project management and innovation strategy; young research fellow of the decision advisory team on dual-carbon and digital infrastructure of the China Association for Science and Technology. Research focuses on emergency management, digital-intelligent decision-making, and energy industry supply chain management.
